15

It seems like the magic number for me is 15, at least for when I go to the gym. I always do 15 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the treadmill. I always do 15 reps on the machine. Now, I need to lose 15 pounds. I know everyone thinks i'm such a skinny minnie - but in reality I've gained 15 pounds in the past year and a half. Some of that is due to the fact I am no longer on adderall, but the other part of that is due to the fact I'm no longer in college and I don't exercise and I just kept eating terrible. Phil and I started back regularly at the gym about three weeks, and I finally took to the scale last night. Starting last night I'm on the track to losing 15 pounds! Hopefully, I'll be able to fit into all my old jeans again. Wish me luck!
