Habits

Nobody said that it was easy to switch to healthy foods. I find myself craving cheese fries in the middle of the day, and all I can do is stuff my face with greek yogurt.

It's not a habit yet, but once it is - it will be SO much easier. I can do this, I can do this. They say 21 - 30 days makes a habit. So, this may be the hardest thing I've yet to do. Which means this weekend when I go out of town, I can't just stuff my face with lots of greasy nastiness (I will make an exception for hangovers), I have to say, "No thanks, I'll order a salad."

Once I make this a habit, I feel that having a "cheat" day will be okay. I don't think a cheat day is appropriate while forming a habit.

Am I wrong?
