I know I am a little late on beginning the adventure of a new blog, but better late than never, right? I figured I'd explain how life is now that I live with my boyfriend post graduating college. My life is nothing fancy and nothing extreme, but I think it's pretty cool sometimes.
Phil has been out of town for the past couple of days, so I had the house to myself, and my dog and cat. They really are the most entertaining aspects of this house. They are either super playful, or super lazy. One of the more intriguing situations to watch is how my cat (Mazzy) finds different ways to get a hold of my dog's (Zepp) tail. It really is fascinating how far she can jump just to get a taste of the tail before she slides to the bottom and plops on the floor.
Phil did come home this evening, which is nice. Being alone at the house is kind of scary. He came home with a cold (thanks!) but nonetheless it is nice to have the company of my best friend. Tonight we played with Zepp and Phil went into the other room to put a few of his hunting clothes and mask on to scare Zepp. He walked out of the room and made a noise and Zepp flew over to him and pounced on him like he knew Phil was telling him it was time to play. It was so cute. Moments like that are small, but are so touching to the heart. I wouldn't have this any other way :)
